We bought this because of the good reviews and because it had a powerful little motor. We are mystified at those good reviews. It is VERY loud. And the dirt falls out of the chute right back onto the floor unless it is held upside down till you get to the garbage can. Also it often just blows the dirt around without suctioning it up at all. Hey, we wanted a hand vac that actually WORKED like a hand vac, not something that merely LOOKED like one.
May you spend your money more wisely.
